1- SEEKING OPHTHALMOLOGIST (M/F) FOR A 50-100% POSITION

We are looking for a 50%-100% FMH ophthalmologist, passionate and qualified to join our dynamic medical team. As an Ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and treating eye disorders and vision problems in our patients. You will play an essential role in preserving the visual health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive ophthalmological examinations to diagnose eye diseases and vision problems.
  • Prescribe medical treatments, glasses, or contact lenses according to patients' needs
  • Perform ophthalmic surgical procedures when required, such as cataract surgery, intravitreal injections. Perform retinal lasers or anterior segment lasers (YAG)
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated health care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results and treatment plans.
  • Provide advice and information to patients on eye care, recommended treatments and preventive measures.

Requirements :

  • Medical degree with specialization in ophthalmology and valid license to practice medicine
  • Diploma in ophthalmology FMH
  • In-depth knowledge of ocular anatomy, physiology and pathology
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and updating of professional skills.

2- SEEKING MEDICAL ASSISTANT SECRETARY (M/F) FOR A FULL-TIME POSITION

Our ophthalmology center is looking for a full-time medical assistant (M/F).

Your responsibilities

  • In-person and telephone reception of patients
  • Management of medical schedules and organization of consultations
  • Creation and updating of patient files
  • Billing and administrative management
  • Support for doctors and healthcare staff
  • Mail management and routine administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Medical secretary diploma or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Tardoc and different insurance policies
  • Experience in the medical field (ophthalmology an asset)
  • Proficiency in computer tools and medical software
  • Excellent presentation, welcoming attitude, and organizational skills
  • Rigorousness, autonomy, and team spirit

3- WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN OPERATING ROOM INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (M/F) FOR A 20-40% POSITION

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous surgical technician to join our dynamic team on a 20–40% basis.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare and perform all ophthalmology procedures
  • Inventory instruments at the beginning and end of the procedure.
  • Manage equipment orders
  • Receive and return loaned equipment
  • Ensuring that the operating site complies with regulations

Your profile

  • Operating room technician diploma or nursing diploma with specialization in instrumentation
  • Significant experience as an instrumentalist in Switzerland: an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of surgical protocols and aseptic techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with the medical team
  • Autonomy, rigor, and excellent interprofessional communication.
